Apple Services
Technology Tree offer a wide array of Apple services to help things run smoothly for your business. We resell Apple products, as well as offering complete MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions. MDM is utilised through JAMF to manage your fleet of Apple devices such as Macbook, iMac, iPad and TVos. We look after your school or business using the Apple Standards of Apple School Manager (previously VPP) and Apple Business Manager, as well as the Device Enrolment Program (DEP). Although, to be able to provide such thorough services to you, it is our responsibility to ensure we are part of the Apple Consultants Network.
The Apple Consultants Network is made up of hundreds of independent companies who provide a wide range of services and solutions aimed at Apple products. To be included in the network, each company must have met specific requirements and each consultant has a complete and up-to-date knowledge of all Apple products.
Members of the network have unique access to Apple resources and training to help you successfully build your business using your Apple products.
Technology Tree is a member of the Apple Consultants Network in two core competencies. These ‘Focus Areas’ are explained below:
Mac and Server
The Mac and Server focus area is a network of consultants who support Apple desktop and portable computers, and can build, configure and support Standard Operating Environment (SOE) within an existing IT infrastructure and network.
Members of this focus area must have a minimum of two trained consultants who have qualified to be Apple Certified Support Professionals. Consultants must have completed the iOS Technical Training Workbook and Quiz. Whilst attaining these skills, consultants must have also completed the Mac and Server Skills Workshop, and the iOS Update and quiz.
In addition, two further qualifications are desirable: those consultants who are Certified Wireless Network Administrators and/or Certified Cisco Entry Network Technicians.
Technology Tree are specialists in providing a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Deployment to their clients for their Apple products and any associated software.
Mobility Solutions
The Mobility Solutions focus area is a network of consultants who offer a range of mobile solutions, custom development, cloud integration and consulting services for Mac, iPhone, iPad and iOS.
Member companies of this focus area are required to provide and demonstrate an executed, in-market, mobility solution in the form of a customer case study.
Members of this focus area must have a minimum of two trained consultants who have completed the iOS Technical Training Workbook and Quiz. Whilst attaining these skills, consultants must have also completed both the iOS Deployment Essentials, and the iOS Update and quiz.
Technology Tree provides Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to a large number of schools and businesses and their use of mobile devices.
